new printer
Our center received a Lexmark mx611 in August of 2017. I think we should be getting a replacement soon. I checked with our Stake technology specialist to see if he got any emails regarding a new printer for our center. The present person in that calling has not but there have been recent changes in that calling. I am confused by a recent call from a FS missionary who told me to fill out a request form for a new printer. Should I be doing that?
Also the toner is low in the present printer. The FS missionary said I should get a replacement toner automatically. Will that happen even, though we have had the printer beyond 7 years?

That would have been a great question to ask tonight (4 December) in the FamilySearch Tech Support meeting for North America FSC coordinators and staff. I'd recommend calling FamilySearch Support tomorrow (866-406-1830 option#5) and run it by them.
