Spelling is different between the persons signature and the one written by the State.

Example - Batch [MQ5Q-3T7] It's clear the signature has an ( i ) at the end of the Surname. Do we still have to enter - Moser or Moses - for example? Regarding New England Nat. forms [Part N].

    Yes, enter both, separating by Or.
