Unable to access "Quick Name Review"
Hello everyone,
I'm Ana, and I'm having trouble accessing the "Quick Name Review" feature. Whenever I try to find names for review, the page gets stuck and doesn't load. I've attached two images to show what happens.
It used to work fine for me, but now it just stays like this indefinitely.
I'm using Google Chrome, but I've also tried Microsoft Edge, and the issue persists. Interestingly, my husband can access the feature without any problems from his account on the same computer.
Has anyone experienced something similar or have any suggestions to fix this?

Ana have you tried clearing your FamilySearch cookies from your preferred browser? I just tried accessing Quick Name Review for several locations, including Argentina, with no problems. Using Windows 10 and Firefox, both fully updated.

I am having the same problem. Both at home and at our Search Center in Kanab, UT.

My computer won't load the document in the background. All I get is a highlighted name, with nothing to compare it to! There are also no real istructions or help tools in these "get involved" projects.

@PATRICIABAUMANN4 Have you tried clearing your FS cache and cookies? Sometimes that helps.
