Problems with standardized locations

Most of my family members come from Ururi, Campobasso, Italy. However, I am having problems with the date span of the standardized locations :

Ururi, Campobasso, Molise, Italy Municipality 1882-Present

Ururi, Molise, Italy Municipality 1861-1882

Which location can I use for my family members born or deceased before 1861 ?
