There are only names and Petition numbers. Typewritten. Try [MXL8-XBR].

It s/l they are Naturalization Petitions Recommended to be Granted (or Denied, but it'll say that at the top).
You'll index the batch, since all documents are indexed. Index it as follows:
GN: Joe
SN: Smith
Record Day: 23
Record Month: Nov
Record Year: 1924
The record date is at the bottom of the document. It starts with Upon consideration of the petitions. Also keep in mind that if you have one with a name change (Change of Name), only index the name change.0 -

There was a project, I think it was one of the Illinois projects that are complete, where the example started to only index the name change. Without an example in this project, go by that instruction. I'm tagging @Ashlee C. to see if we could possibly get an example in this project.
