In our FamilySearch Center we have noticed that some of the restricted films that should be visible in the Center is not accessible. I was told before that the Catalog would be update and was wondering if this is causing the problems? It is frustrating for our patrons who find they cannot view the film they have been working on in the past.

FamilySearch has contracts with the record custodians. Contracts sometimes change. FS does not share details of those contracts with us, the users.
If you can share the details of the record set(s), someone may be able to advise you better. Without more information, we can't.

Yes, having the same problem as you. I just hope the contract changes again, or something that lets us view the sets again.
