hi im trying to locate any direction to go to find a Carl winters, as he is found on a state of idaho birth certificate in kootenai county idaho, in 1907. he is listed as the birth father his age is 37 yrs old birthplace is unknown.
Equally trying to find any info on the birthmother listed as Agnes winters, age listed as 32 yrs old birthplace unknown, along with this, in the Washington county birth registers 1873-1965
the birth father is listed as C.A. winters, and birthmother is listed as Agnes Speiks. ive tried census records, birth records,etc
Any help with a direction would be greatly appreciated, respectfully keith

Have you seen this? It would appear to be the amended birth for an adopted child with the same name and date of birth.

And, on the Idado amended cert, the father is listed as "hotel proprietor." Worth searching newspapers or directories for hotels in Spokane City about 1907.
