Just checking to make sure this name change should be marked NNED. Is this correct?

The link goes to a single-image batch containing a list of "Naturalization Petitions Recommended to be Granted", with two people on it. Given the initial popup telling us to index everything "relating to the naturalization process" in this project, I believe this image should be indexed.

It's indexed and you'll use the How to Index a Naturalization Petitions Granted and Name Change Record in Project Instructions/What To Index as your guide. Keep in mind that folks that are not requesting a name change are also indexed.
