Error message when trying to view record images

Hello, I spent the last few days doing some family research on records collected here, but just now I got blocked from viewing just any record/image. The error message was similar to the one reported here above by the OP:

At first it said that I wasn't allowed to view the img displayed (which I could see till a second before) and now it shows this:

My question is: what just happened and how do you fix this? Btw, I already tried signing out and then in again, no success, I was still unable to view any record…

Update: it works again after 1 hr circa I tried once more and this time I could see the images of the records again.
