Hello, I am a member of a Family Search Centre in Brisbane Australia. We hold copies of numerous microfilms that were ordered a long time ago. Is this service still available?

If not, how do I go about getting a copy of an item from a microfilm only available at the Family History Library (2nd floor film) in Utah? I had a good search through the help pages of FamilySearch and there was no obvious answer.

microfilm # 928381 item 1 - Dingwell family records, author Shirly Van Campen

thanks in advance for your advice

It is no longer possible to order microfilms. The same options apply as for restricted books, where there is a

    FamilySearch Library page

    https://www.familysearch.org/en/library/off-site-books

    It says

"Tips for viewing restricted materials if you are not able to come to the Library

    Find Someone to Help

You can find a volunteer or hire a genealogist who lives near the library to look up the record on your behalf".

Click on the links for volunteer and genealogist for further suggestions.
