Lost album

I was reordering photos in my album collections this morning. I moved several photos in my

personal album. When I wanted to go to the next album, the program was "in progress" finishing the moved articles for several minutes. I opened another window for another project and still the album had not updated and closed. I decided to just close out of FS and so something else. I just went back in and my personal photo album is gone! It is not in the deleted items…how can I recover it? Help!!

    interesting - Ive never seen an album disappear without explicitly deleting it.
    and I have created hundreds if not thousands of albums.

    Lets see what the moderators and engineers say.

    and I cant imagine just "closing out of FS" would have any negative impact like that.

    @CarolAnnStowell1

    I'm so sorry! Let me see what we can do to help you!

    First, let me check some of my sources to see if they have a clear answer.

    Second, please check your gallery again soon and let me know if there has been any change. (I, too, have never seen anything like this, so I'm hoping it might correct itself for you.)

    Third, let me move this discussion over to our Memory Viewer Feedback group.

    Please click the link provided, and click to “Join” that group.

    (The Memory Viewer Feedback group specifically manages questions, concerns, and discussions regarding the Memory Viewer. It also provides access to Updates and Known Issues.)

    Hopefully we can get this resolved quickly!
