baptismal certificate of Lucie Dzierwa

@SerraNola Could you check this one, please?
The DGS is 4665614 and it should not be date-restricted since the latest date included is 1892. The message "This image is unavailable for online viewing at this time" usually appears on modern records within the last ~100 years.
Perhaps it falls into that permissions issue you mentioned in another thread. Thanks.
ETA the same query has also been posted in the Polish language section. https://community.familysearch.org/en/discussion/168616/the-baptismal-certificate-of-lucie-dzierwa#latest

Thanks for the answer, I actually posted this in two sections, I now see that Tarnow and Tarnowiec are 2 different towns in Poland.
So I think I need DGS 4666051 “Indeks urodzeń A-C (1785-1903, Tarnów)”, where I get the same message “Image Unavailable”
(sorry)

DGS 4666052 " “Indeks urodzeń AC (1785-1911, Tarnów)” as Dzierwa begins with a "D"..

@johansix DGS #466052 is a birth "index" and not images of baptismal certificates. Is that what you are looking for? Do you know if Lucie Dzierwa was baptized in the city of Tarnow or in a smaller town in the Diocese of Tarnow? Perhaps this list of available parish registers at the Tarnow Diocese Archives would be helpful to you.
The index on DGS #466052 should be available to view at a FS Center or Affiliate Library. If you do not have access to one there might be someone willing to see if Lucie is in the Index. It appears from the catalog(s) that FamilySearch does not have images of baptisms for Tarnow Cathedral for the year 1891, if that is where she was christened.
When looking at the films containing the actual records, some towns are available at FS Centers and others with comparable date ranges are not available (restricted). I will try to find out why.

Thanks for this response
I am actually looking for all the information I can find about Lucie Dzierwa, she is the grandmother of a friend of mine, Dr. Guy Coppens, with whom I worked in Congo (Zaire) in the 1980s.
According to her obituary, he knows that she was born in Tarnoff (as it is written in Dutch) on April 8, 1891 and died in Antwerp (Belgium) on October 10, 1955.
She was married in Bournemouth, England on June 13, 1921 to Frans Roelandts and I also found that on (index only): https://search.findmypast.com/record/browse?id=bmd%2fm%2f1921%2f2%2faz%2f000292
I assume that her parents (whose names we do not know) are also listed on the birth indexes and perhaps we will also find other relatives of hers (brothers and/or sisters).
It would be very useful if you could check this because we live in Belgium ourselves...
Thank you very much in advance for the help!
