When you merge on some pages they do not refresh what causes this?

Often one has to click the refresh tab in the browser

Go back to the person page again and view tree

Depends on the security setting or VPN you are using

Could you give more information about what you are experiencing? Are you talking about merging to people together? Can you provide the Person ID so we can see what you are seeing?

Yes!

Some of my patrons fail to click the "Merge" button at the bottom of the mergae page.

Then, the merge is in limbo.

They have to restart the merge and click "merge," and they are fine.

Yes, to see what they are experiencing, one has to be on the deceased Person's ID page
