ERROR REPORT - Placename algorithm has transplanted Illinois to California

An Illinois Death Certificate stating death in Arlington Heights, Cook County, Illinois has magically been changed to a death in Ridgewood, Placer County, California. That's apparently due to Jack Hanslik's burial in Ridgewood Cemetery.

At least - small mercies appreciated - the "original" designation has returned.

I promise the link to imgur is safe and shows the details: https://imgur.com/Fqyul4m including the detour through Alabama.

@Ashlee C. please and thank you.

I'll send this in to be investigated as well. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.
