Searching for birth record in West Virginia

Greetings from Canada. My great great grandmother, Rosa Morrison (LYR2-8S8) was born on October 30, 1883 in Charleston, West Virginia (according to her death record). I am trying to find her birth record that hopefully lists her parents: James Lewis Morrison (LZGK-6QV) and Mary Elizabeth Pauline (L78X-M7C). Thanks in advance!
