If you are the contributor of the memory, you can delete it using the 3-dot menu when you are viewing the memory. See Can I remove a photo, story, document, or audio file from Memories?

But if you are not the contributor, you can't delete it. You could contact the contributor to ask them to delete it. Or if the reason that you want to delete it is that you feel it violates policies (includes living people who did not give their permission, or is inappropriate in some way), you could use the Report Abuse option on that same 3-dot menu.
