The Edit button has disappeared

At the top right of the screen the 'TAG PEOPLE' button appears. However, there is no EDIT button to add details. This appears to be a bug.

Edit button is visible for memories I contributed.

Edit button is to add or edit Title, Place, Date, and description—which only the contributor can change

icons in the Details side panel allow any user to tag, add topic tags, view/add to album, view/create stories, or view/add comments

The Memory Viewer recently went through an update, and some of the changes might be a little confusing.
