My great-grandmother suggested four records, all four were correct. Before I could index them, they disappeared. Does anyone know what might have happened?

There are two profiles for Augusta - perhaps you were looking at one profile, when you saw the Suggested Records, and then looked at the other version of her profile.

You'll want to clean up the profiles and merge the duplicates. That will help the algorithms find other good suggested records.

Augusta Lüders GYMQ-XSZ and August Luders MHR3-45G appear to be two profiles for the same person. Both are attached to the same parents.

The records were suggested or hinted based on the information present in the profile of your great grandmother. If you then attached other records to the family unit that changed or added the names of relatives, altered or added dates and/or locations, the suggested records may no longer be considered relevant and not appear in the Suggested section.

You can still find the record and attach it, if it iscorrect, by searching for it.

So, here's the issue. I researched these four records, which belonged to two children who are my great-uncles. I searched for the name and only found one record of his son. The other record, which I believe was from the birth, I can't find anymore. Do you know if the file indexing might have been removed?

Without names/places/dates, I would only be guessing as to why you are unable to find the records. If you want to share specifics, we can perhaps help.

My great-grandmother's name was Augusta Lüders Barbisan and she was born in 1913. I don't have the exact date - Valinhos, Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil. Her children were Antônio Dorival, Israel and Maria. Maria is my grandmother, the documents of Antonio and Israel are the ones that no longer appear in the suggestion.
