System not working correctly

When a first memory item is added to memories, the screen flashes, it does not show the item added until you refresh the screen, this does not happen if there is already a memory added to the individual record.
It is just a little aggravating - not a major problem - also I do not like the change that requires one to click edit to add a description.

Yes, the Engineers are working on a fix for the pulsing boxes that appear if there are no Memories in the Memory Tab.
We have included this on our Known Issues page.
