NOTE: I know that FAG is not really recognized as a source, but Family Search is totally messed up on this family and the kids are mostly misattributed to a parent who died years before. I don't have the skill to fix it. I hope someone can straighten this out. I tried. Thank you

Thanks. I will start again tomorrow. There has to be an easier way to add sources to the new correct spouse once I've removed them from the dead spouse. I want to learn how. Your help Is appreciated - I'm just tired and cranky?

Switching out one spouse for the other for a whole family can be time-consuming and a bit fiddly, but it's not difficult.
This Help Article spells out the process step by step: https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/img_auth.php/2/26/FT-09_Correcting_Relationships_in_Family_Tree_A_Mann_2016-2909214-I_Oct_2016_JMR.pdf

"… I know that FindAGrave is not really recognized as a source … "
Says who? It depends what you're looking at in FindAGrave. If you're looking at an image of a gravestone, I see no problem with that. (OK, gravestones can carry errors but so can official certificates…)
Where it gets very dodgy is if you start looking at potted biographies - since they usually don't have any sources listed, who knows where the info comes from? Treat such text as a (possibly very valuable) hint.

Well I did the best I could. Getting the sources to transfer from the first wife (a Mollie who died in 1898) to the second wife, also sometimes called Mollie was beyond me. I value Family Search, but what a cumbersome program

You might try posting in the Southern States research group. Perhaps someone there will have the interest and free time to help sort out the profiles.
I have too many other similar projects at the moment.
Best of luck.
