US, Illinois—Naturalization Records, 1856–1951 [Part C] [MQK3-ZML]
On image 2, I combined the DEC and the PET. The names were spelled differently on the 2 documents, so I used OR on the names. Is this correct? Also the place of birth is spelled differently. I used the spelling on the PET.

Both Or and the birthplace spelling is correct.
