Family of Ramirez and Lopez

I'm looking for any information on their daughter. The daughter gave up her son for adoption in Guadalajara, Mexico. The date was April 10, 1978. He is my nephew, and is included in my family History account. I am searching for the birth Father, or any information on this family in Mexico.

Thank you, my Nephew did try DNA, but only found a possible third cousin.
