Dear more experienced members, does anyone of you know how do I find source (microfilm slide) for this genealogy finding? =>

    interesting question.

I expect various answers from people in the community.

but tell us a little about what you are expecting/hoping to find int this microfilm resource?

The IGI was a database maintained by the fore-runners of what is today FamilySearch

and corresponded to names submitted by LDS members for LDS temple work for the names associated.

But the information associated with such records is often very minimal. (it was never really intended to be much more than a list of people and the most basic vital info. )

    Elaborating a little more…

The answer to your question is in the link itself. The IGI record was for Jan Pikna and his father Jan Pikna and is recorded on the Family History Library microfilm 537087, batch A04070-3.

If you look at the FamilySearch Wiki on IGI Batch number descriptions, you will see that this was from a submission by someone to the church that was subsequently used for an Archive Sealing (and several other ordinances as well). By searching through those submissions using the name "Pikna", you can find the ORIGINAL family group sheet that contained the information in your link, plus a whole lot more (apparently Jan's son Jan ALSO had a son he named Jan 😃

    https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-897M-BR3P?i=1432&wc=WWNV-NR4%3A352087301%2C353141701&cc=2060211

As you can see, he had 6 children. Now this family group sheet is not proof of any of this information, but it appears that a Miloslava Krejci submitted the sheet and information on the sheet was pulled from Parish Sebranice, Boskovice, Czch. It appears that ALL of his families temple work was done around the end of 1967.

Since the temple work has already been done, and this is a IGI record, there are going to be multiple duplicates already in the FamilyTree. This looks to be a couple of them:

    https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/KCHB-VDW

    https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/KHWX-P7Y

But be careful when sorting these out and merging, there are a lot of "Gotchas" there. Not only does Jan Pikna's father (Jan Pikna) also have duplicates, as well as his sons Jan and Jirik Pikna, there is another family with a father of Jan Pikna and mother "Marina" who's children were being born in the early 1700's. Your Jan Pikna and wife "Maryna" were having children in the late 1600's, so there is opportunity to be merging incorrect families as well!

Anyway, be REAL careful with the merging, and have fun!
