Sounds like you need to clear out your cache.

    To do this in Chrome:
Click on the three dots on the right-hand side of the browser.
    Select Settings.
In the search box, type "cache."
The term will bring up Delete browsing data. Click that.
On the Advanced tab in the pop-up box, Deselect everything except for Cached images and files.
You can adjust the time frame from anywhere from the last hour to All Time. Depending on how much has to be deleted, it could take a few moments.

    For Edge:
Click the three dots in the upper right corner to open the Settings menu.
Click Privacy, search, and services from the menu on the left.
Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
Select All time from the drop-down menu for Time range.
Check the boxes for Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files.
Click Clear now to confirm your selection.

    For Firefox:
Click the three stripes in the top-right corner of the browser

    Select Preferences or Settings.

    Go to Privacy & Security

Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.

In the drop-down menu next to When:, choose Everything.

Make sure that only Temporary cached files and pages is checkmarked.

    Click Clear.

    Close the Settings window.

    For Mac:
iPhone, iPad, or iPod touchGo to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data > Remove All Website Data.

    Mac:
While Safari is running, select Safari from the menu bar.
Select Preferences or use the keyboard shortcut CMD + .
Select the Advanced tab, then click the checkbox that says Show Develop menu in menu bar.
A new item called Develop will appear in the menu bar. Click Develop and select Empty Caches.

Keep in mind that whatever browser you use will have to be restarted for changes to take effect.
