Problem with baptism record
I'm trying to index the record below but it doesn't work. I tried to add my grandmother's record (Mathilde Vieira Baptista) but somehow the record is deleted and doesn't appear as indexed. Is there a way to get technical support? Thanks in advance.

That's an already-published index, so you're not trying to index it, you're trying to correct the existing index.
The index-correction function was a rush job for the 1950 U.S. census, and it still isn't fully baked, two years on. There's a gremlin that sometimes eats the permissions, rendering index entries (or entire pages of index entries) invisible/inaccessible (and thus unfindable), the "+Add" button doesn't work (it doesn't actually add the things you work so hard to enter), and the labeling and display of the corrected versus original values is inconsistent or outright contradictory.
I suspect that it's the gremlin that got your grandmother's entry, given that it's the only entry on the image that is lacking highlights (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:939N-3MJ9-J?view=index&action=view). Given the non-functionality of the Add button (and the truly Herculean effort involved in entering an entire event's worth of people, if it did work), I suggest using the Feedback tab on the viewer/editor page to report the missing entry: perhaps they can retrieve its permissions instead of needing to recreate it wholesale. In the meantime, you can use the "Attach to Tree" button to attach the image as a source to the relevant profiles, bypassing the index. You can include a summary or transcription or translation of the entry's contents in the Notes field — and the best part is, if you discover a typo or other error later on, you only need to correct it once, wherever you saw it. It'll be corrected on all of the profiles that the source is attached to.
(The button has a counterpart on the old viewer, which I use a lot; it doesn't add a sort-by date, so technically it'd be easier using the new button, but the new editor-and-viewer's bounciness aggravates me too much to use it regularly. You can see a bunch of examples of the results of the old button, edited to add dates, on this profile: https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/sources/K2Q9-9QG.)
