Where to find records from Indian Territory from 1850s-1890s

I'm trying to locate primary records for 2x great grandmother, listed as Annes/Anna/Annas Chew on her children's death and ss records. They were born in Allen, Ok around 1886-1888. She died when they were children, per family history, and their father remarried in Bourland in 1894 and there is a record of this in Pittsburg federal court.

I have searched the site for Annas, called local historical and court offices and reached out to tribes with no luck. I've combed the cemetery websites online in the area. Is there some other way to search for marriage, residence, birth or death records for individuals livining in Indian territory in mid to late 1800s before official records were being kept?

Thanks

You might try posting in the First Nations of North America to see if someone in that group can help.
