As stated in the "Quick Name Review", you must only review the first name, surname, or both. Anything that is not a name that has been highlighted mark it as "Not a person". If you are using your phone app "Get Involved do this. Find the flag icon on the upper right corner and hit that flag, and you'll see 2 options, pick one that is appropriate. I usually select not a person. If you're using a PC, you will see the 'Not a person" right next to the "Unsure" button. Highlighted that are not names like periods, commas, and titles (sacristan), are among these "Not a person". I hope this helps.

I don't know the official answer, but the instructions say: "If the highlighted name is not the name of a person, click Not a person, and continue reviewing." A title is not the name of the person, so my guess is a title is marked not a person.

Does the color blue and the color yellow have any relevance while reviewing? Why use both colors in the same name?

If the Name of a company Includes the name of a person, do you disregard it and treat as though it did not include the Name? For example: Henry McDonald Car Repair.

@Terry E Vaughn Since the title of the company is not a person, you will mark it Not a Person. Thanks for your question and for trying out Get Involved!

If there is only a given name highlighted and no surname at all in a document, do I choose "not a person" or "unsure"?

@MVivo Quick name review is just the first step in the reviewing process. If you see only a given name highlighted, it is still a person. Please review the name. The surname will get picked up in a later step if the AI doesn't pick it up in Quick name review.
