I am indexing naturalization cards and it always tells me there are 2 imagines in each record but I only find one in each image. After I do the second image, it won't let me submit me submit the batch because it keeps telling me there are 34 other fields to be completed. I have been just retyping the same info in order to get it to let me submit. What is the problem?

    This is an simple fix.

Most projects come with a pre-set number of entries. To delete the extra, unused entries follow these steps:

Click on the trash can icon on your toolbar.

A dialog box with come up with two options; delete the current entry (Image X) or delete all blank entries. The default setting is to delete the current entry. Select "All blank entries" and click Delete. You will then be left with only the entry(ies) that have been keyed and and the batch will be ready to submit.

For the future, do not make an exact duplicate on subsequent entries. Those duplicate entries will just be deleted when your batch(es) is reviewed.
