How to Index City Directory issue

I've recently had to review a number of City Directories that appear to be a roster of depositors for a bank.

I've run across the following:

https://www.familysearch.org/indexing/batch/1f21315a-897b-4ae2-b2fd-61af1a44d8f0

Edmunson John M and Nancy. 34, 3-4. $430. Lafayette, Nine Mile

Edmunson, C W and A F Glutting. 4. 10. $480. St Joseph, Ft Wayne

For John M, it would appear that this is a married couple so the indexer indexed John M Edmunson with Nancy Edmunson listed as the spouse.

I agree with that.
For C W Edmunson, the indexer indexed C W Edmunson with A F Edmunson as the spouse and ommitted the name of Glutting.

I'm not so certain that A F Glutting is a separate person or a spouse?

Thoughts?

I'd index it as A F Glutting. Maybe they had a joint account?

FWIW, $480 in 1902 (year of the directory) equals $17,529 in 2024.
