I've found that these two records are the same person

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:NT45-HWG

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QP2H-YCT9

The second one is incorrectly spelt it should be "Francis" and not "Frances"

These are references to historical records. You cannot merge these. However, if they have been attached to different people in Family Tree, you can merge those records. Please see

How do I merge duplicates in Family Tree by ID?

We need to use the proper terms to avoid confusion. To merge duplicates in the Family Tree we do not "merge those records" but we do merge those profiles.

Yeah, as Graham says, you can't merge index entries.

    Rescued links: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:NT45-HWG and https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QP2H-YCT9.

Based on the film number (7567175), this is probably two different indexings of the same entry on the same image. I do not know why FS duplicates effort like this on the English parish registers, especially now that the images are largely paywalled elsewhere and thus FHC/AL only on FS. I also do not know whether the index entries would be correctable if you looked at them at an FHC or affiliate library.

Generally, indexing errors can be corrected at an FSC/AL for most direct indexes. They cannot be corrected on those "detached" indexes - when you see the message (paraphrasing) "This record is on this film but you will have to browse to find it." There are other limitations for editing at the FSC/AL - NYC marriages and births can be edited but deaths cannot.
