Seaman Question

I keep coming upon batches in the Seamen New England project that are notes/affadavits from doctors or other people swearing that they were born on such and such a date and in a specific place.

See here: https://www.familysearch.org/indexing/batch/8042bca3-4b62-404e-bdb1-ec5ca3ae7e36

Is this relevant or do we mark it as no extractable data?

From the Project Instructions/What to Index:

Index all records with information about seamen, including oaths of citizenship, identification cards, seamen registers, oaths for seamen protection papers, mutual release registers, and others.
