How can I change back to regular my pedigree chart
I am unable to open my pedigree chart. It goes to portrait pedigree for not even a full second then a 500 comes up with an error sign. Please just help me get out of this. Karen Craig

Have you tried the usual song-and-dance? Start with trying it with a different browser; if it works there, then try some housecleaning in your original browser: delete all of your FS-related browsing history (cache as well as cookies), make sure the browser is up to date, and then try going to your pedigree chart again.

It didn't work. I switched browsers - this is what comes up

@KarenCraig1 I saw the same problem with my account. I was on the landscape view for my tree, but when I clicked on the portrait view an error message came up. Up in the right corner was a link to "go back." When I clicked this my tree returned to the portrait view.

I'm not seeing the problem - switched from Fan to Portrait to Landscape and back again without any issues. Windows 10, Firefox, both fully updated.
Then tried the same on Chrome - no issues.
