Good morning, it is believed that my family were the owners of a farm in East Prussia before WW2. Can anyone let me know how I might find out more information on this?

The community here was very helpful in translating some of the minor details of my ancestor's German civil records from the 1880's. Among these minor details were home addresses in Wschowa and Friedheim, Prussia. Since I am hitting some brick walls, naturally, I want to research the deed history of the addresses I found.

While this is easy to do in many places in USA, Is this a viable genealogy research technique in Poland when researching German ancestry?
