Due to health problems, my 70+ year old sister asked me if I can help her with her family history memories to get them properly tagged and labeled. I was hoping to use her Helper Number. Is this still available?

@combblai, I used the "Help Others" lifesaver then "Full Name, dob & Helper Number" method last Wednesday and it worked fine for me. Sorry, unable to post an image…..

Yes, the Helper Number is still working. You can still access “Help Others” by clicking Family Tree on the home page and then clicking either: "Overview", "Tree", "Person" or "Recent". It then appears under your name in the upper right corner.

Just discovered this today. In the last few days or week "Help Others" has been added on the home page in the right hand column. It is showing up as the last item. I know it was not there 2 weeks ago.
