What happened to the monthly report confirmation email?

Was having the same issue. Check your spam or junk mail. Mine were going to spam. Once I flagged the sender as good no more issues.

It seems to be hit-or-miss for many. I went well over a year without getting one, but FS Support for FSCs was able to confirm that my reports were received. Then magically, I began getting them again regularly, and they of course show the long history of reports. If you want to be sure, call FS Support, select option #5 for FSCs, and ask them to check your stats for you.
I got my March confirmation, but am late submitting my April report due to a misleading post here recently that said we no longer have to submit monthly reports (only the large regional centers are not required to send monthly stats). We'll see what happens when I get back over to our FSC and compile/submit our stats for last month. 😏

Email confirmation of receipt of monthly reports is indeed hit and miss. The issue has been reported.

I have never gotten one.

Thank you FHbuff14. That is where I found them! 😊
I understand that FS is using a new server to send them out and that is why the system is not recognizing them as normal.

If we do get an email, does it go to my personal email, or the center email? Thanks!
Also, without the email confirmations, is there any way to check which ones have or have not been submitted without calling Salt Lake?

Brenda Custer Woodward,.
The emails I receive go to the center email.
As for your second question about another way to check which have/haven't been submitted, I don't know. Hopefully somebody else can answer that one.

I had always received confirmation until March and April. I resubmitted them but there was no confirmation.

Hi LarryB,
Have you looked in your email's junk or spam folders? That's where I found my March, April, and May confirmation reports. When you find them, mark them as NOT SPAM, and they should go back to your inbox.
Good luck! 🙂

I am a recent Family History Center director of a retirement community Provo, know as Cove Point. The prior director sent in monthly reports of the activities and numbers of people helped explore and do their genealogy. I sent in several reports and never received any report for receipt of the reports. I have several questions:
- While we have kept records at the unit, I have almost 10 months of un-submitted reports. Can I submit them?
- Has the report form been changed, and what is the current email address to send it to. Just to verify.

@Wayne Leydsman
The URL for the monthly report is:
https://fhcprofile.familysearchsupport.org/monthly_reportYes, you can go ahead and send in the previous 10 months. I ran into the same problem when I took over our FamilySearch Center, except it was about 4 years worth of unsent reports. Fortunately, we had sign in sheets, so we were able to be fairly accurate about attendance.
Many people are not receiving verifications of their submitted reports (they come to the Center email address at familyhistorymail.org , so don't be terribly concerned if you don't get a response. But if you do, it will include a full listing of all the reports they've received from your Center.—Chris
