Why was an uploaded Patriarchal Blessing under Memories rejected by Family Search site?

I'm not LDS, but Patriarchal Blessings are listed among those items that are not permitted. https://www.familysearch.org/legal/familysearch-upload-guidelines-and-policies

yes I have seen this more and more often recently where Blessings are succcesfully uploaded
I really dont have a strong opinion one way or another . . .
BUT It is listed as Aine states as a not permitted item

but the automated non human 1st check - often does seem to let it through - but looks like it caught it here though.

NOTE however - with any rejection - comes an email - and if you reply to that email - you will get a human response about the reason for restriction.
