Naturalization records

I am indexing naturalization records. Page 1 has John's naturalization petition and page 2 has his oath of allegiance. I only want to enter the 1st page because page 2 of my entry is not set up for the oath information. (correct?) How should I proceed?

If Image 2 contains the Oath, you will index the Oath. There is not a different "setup" for an Oath. The Oath is indexed with the name and date only; the rest of the fields are marked <BLANK>.
