I indexed a batch that had 70 entries. I individually marked the following 230 entries as 'blank'. Is there any shortcut to that blanking process?

If your batch comes with a certain number of records but you don't need them all to index what's on the image, then you delete the unused records (lines), not mark them Blank. Go up to the trashcan icon and click on All Blank entries. All the extra lines will be deleted.
