How do I report an error in 1860 census index?

I search for Talburt Harriss, who lived his whole life in Isle of Wight County, Virginia. The results page lists him in Powhatan County. I click on that, and the report has him in Mecklenburg County. The actual image shows that he lived in Isle of Wight County. Anyone searching for him in Isle of Wight County will never find him. I have seen this same sort of error in several other Virginia locations as well, not just Isle of Wight and not just Talburt Harriss. There is no feedback button on any of these pages. How can I report errors like this?

The problem is the result of the placename algorithm. The error was not present in the original index, but a faulty algorithm has been applied to many places in the records on FS.
For a while, there was a method in place to report, but we have recently been told that the engineers do not require any additional reports. See this thread.
