I'm doing city directory indexing.

I'm looking at surname Small it looks like this

Do I index George H. Jones even though it only says,( " & Jones ?)

Individuals listed with a company will have their own separate entry within the directory and are not indexed with the company (companies are not indexed). Frederick C. Small will also have his own individual entry.
