Broken link, or...?
The webpage
includes the phrase and link "To view a digital version of this item click here" but the link
goes to a page that says "Not found :( Sorry, but the page you were trying to view does not exist. This item doesn't exist!"
Perhaps there's a typo in the URL? Or perhaps the resource isn't actually available online?

I note that this items also appears in the "new" FamilySearch Library catalog
but again the online link is broken. You could try writing to the FamilySearch Library, at books@familysearch.org as given in the link

The link did work as a user downloaded it from FamilySearch and uploaded the 747-page pdf to Geneanet. https://en.geneanet.org/archives/livres/5942438/2

Thanks! (nb Geneanet link is paywalled)

Yes - I know Geneanet is paywalled. I'm not LDS, but LDS members have free access.

I emailed them and got an autoreply that said: "Thank you for contacting book donations of the FamilySearch Library. Due to the limited availability of staff, please allow up to 7 business days for a response. In the meantime, we encourage you to visit for information regarding donations, including any forms you might need. Thank you, Family History Library - Donations
."So mail to that email address doesn't appear to go to the "broken book link people" (?) …but hopefully the Donations folks will forward it to them… :)

There is a link for catalog errors that may give you more help, although I don't know that it will give you faster result.
It's for requesting a correction to film, and that book has been filmed: FHL-SLC-FilmRequests@churchofjesuschrist.org

I've just successfully accessed it at this alternative FS link (obtained by Googling the title):
P.S. I now observe that both of the two links in your original post now give the same correct results, something may have been fixed?

I've been out all day, and just returned home and also found the links on FS are now working. @SaraBennett99
