Nothing in my source box can be found

I just checked a half-dozen records in my Source Box, from random record collections, and all displayed as expected.
Have you tried the basic troubleshooting step of checking in another browser or clearing your cache/cookies in your preferred browser?
I tested in Windows 10, Firefox, both fully updated.1 -
It doesn't work for me in Firefox, even after clearing cache & cookies. I don't have convenient access to another browser.
For instance, this link doesn't work:

@CharlesRezk, where/how are you getting that format of link? If I use my account's Source Box or a specific profile's Sources tab and click on an image, the resulting URL has the format …familysearch.org/photos/artifacts/NNN — no mention of "memories" or "memory".
I checked that this behavior is independent of tagging: a tagged source image (such as https://www.familysearch.org/photos/artifacts/111905868) behaves exactly the same way as one that I never got around to tagging (such as https://www.familysearch.org/photos/artifacts/175611708).

Ok, so apparently the actual link I used was:
. However, when I click on it I'm immediatly redirected to the "memory" URL posted before (which is what gives me the error message).0 -
And that link https://www.familysearch.org/memories/memory/197495966 works perfectly for me, opening an image of military history for William Lockwood.

That is what it ought to do, but I only get an error message now.

@CharlesRezk
Try resetting the FamilySearch Cookies: www.familysearch.org/cookies
I clicked on your Memory link and I can see the document for William Lockwood. I'm using Chrome.0 -
The new link https://www.familysearch.org/photos/artifacts/197495966 takes me to the same image, without a problem.
@Julia Szent-Györgyi I can get a "memories" link such as https://www.familysearch.org/memories/memory/197495966 by using the share option in my memories.

I just tried to delete site data & cookies again. It didn't help.

There must be a persistent cookie or saved file somewhere: the "memories/memory" link gives 404 for me, too, but the "photos/artifacts" link works perfectly, and doesn't redirect anywhere.
Given Amy's report, I wonder if the type of FS account (public versus LDS) makes a difference? Áine and I both have public (non-LDS) accounts. But hmm: I tried both links in Edge, where I'm not currently signed in to FS, and they showed the same behavior: "memories" = 404, "photos" = perfectly fine. (My "normal" browser is Firefox.)

I switched to Chrome to test, and both links work without issue.
