Why is the source picture not available? last few days just says try again later

Can you share the URL of the record? I haven't had a problem this week. And, have you tried the usual basic troubleshooting step of trying with a different browser or clearing your cache/cookies in your preferred browser?

I tried it again and now it says an error has aoccured - Click retry to have the computer run it again. This report will automatically be sent to Family Search. Yes have cleared browser history

Both display for me Windows 10, checked both Firefox and Chrome, all fully updated.
