    PAF was discontinued over 10 years ago: https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/PAF_and_Other_Genealogy_Software

    But for those who liked PAF, you can use Ancestral Quest. It has a very similar user interface and can open PAF data files. It has a Basics version that is completely free: https://www.ancquest.com/AQBasics.htm

    Check archive.org. They do have HotNotes! :D But maybe that is an earlier version of PAF than you're interested in.

    eta: Yes, archive.org does have PAF. Go to the symbol of the floppy disk and do the search there.
