I need your help to find out where and when my great-great-grandfather got married

Hello everyone! I need your help to find out where and when my great-great-grandfather, GIORGIO GIANDANA, got married.

Here's the information I have about him:

He was born in 1861 in Lurago Marinone, Como, Lombardy, Italy.

His wife's name is Maria Campi, born in 1869 in Italy (I'm not sure of the city or region).

I have records showing that their first child, Carlos Anselmo Giandana, was born on August 1, 1892, already in Argentina.

I emailed the parish where Giorgio Giandana was born (in Italy) but they told me they didn't have any marriage records there. I

also emailed the city where their children were born, and they told me that if he got married there, the information would be on FamilySearch, but I haven't found it yet.

His ID from Family Search is LT3P-5FJ

I don't know where else to look. I hope you can help me find out where and when GIORGIO got married.
