Hello, I live in Oregon and I am doing some research on a small one acre historical cemetery, the only book available that has all the burials is called "walking through the cemeteries" Vol 1 By Lucille Geigle. I can find no other copies, It is only available at the Family Research LIBRARY in Salt Lake City on the 3rd floor; the cemetery information is about Schuebel Cemetery in Beavercreek Oregon. Would anyone be willing to go and find that book and either take a couple of clear pics or scan the couple pages about the cemetery and send them to me ? My Familysearch ID is RayJackson1367 Thank-you

    @RayJackson1367 I recommend Cyndi's List for help in finding volunteers or paid researchers in Salt Lake.

    It appears that "walking through the cemeteries" is the subtitle, with the primary title "Clackamas County cemetery records."

    According to gfo.org, the Genealogical Forum of Oregon has a copy and they will do lookups for non-members for a small fee.

    @RayJackson1367 I found a couple lists online:

    That's some first-class sleuthing, @Rhonda Budvarson! That first list is the cemetery with annotations from the book; doesn't get any better than that! 😍

    Thanks for the responses but the book has all the burials - online is only a partial listing I already have these websites info. I am helping to clean out all the overgrowth in this cemetery and want to be able to mark the known burials when cleanup is completed

    This is a solo book, I contacted the family research library and was told its location, it is not digitalized and they no longer do research requests there.

    @RayJackson1367 Have you checked Cyndi's List or the GFO, as I suggested?

    Since the book has a copyright/publication date of 1991, it may not have much more information than you already possess. Such books are created by someone walking through the cemetery and cataloging the visible stones.

    @RayJackson1367 That "GFO" Áine mentioned is located in Portland about half an hour from Beavercreek; the book is in their library. They're the Genealogical Forum of Oregon Research Library.

    Their info is at the bottom of their website: https://gfo.org/
