Hello,

I am a Ward Temple and Family History Consultant in Manila, Philippines and we have an official FamilySearch library in our Buendia chapel but it isn’t working correctly.
When I go to look at unindexed photos that you can only access at an official FamilySearch library it’s blocking them and telling me to view them at an official library. It’s acting like I’m on my computer at home.

Who do I need to contact to get these computers registered as an official FamilySearch library computer??

    @Corinne Renee Bippert

    I'm not connected with Family Search in any way

    My understanding is that for countries outside of the USA , you need to contact your local area for any help

    For the Philippines https://www.familysearch.org/en/fieldops/philippines-contact-us

    Disregard the first two options Help Center Self Help and Family Search Help Community, and select one of the three remaining options

    @Corinne Renee Bippert I agree that contacting Support would be the quickest way to get this resolved. You can also post this information in the Centers Tech Support group.
