Film #1044042 is marked as "This film is viewable with additional restrictions"

Hello,

I am in a Familysearch Center and I would like to access these records from Obertsrot, Baden, Germany (https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/291715). They contain birth records from 1795 to 1913 and marriages from 1795 to 1905. I am in fact interested in the period from 1795 to 1811 as it is not available in the church books duplicates.

Is it possible to check whether the restrictions on viewing are due to the birth records going to 1913? If so, is there a channel to apply to have these restrictions lifted if the legal limit in Germany of 110 years for the public availability of birth records is already reached?

I am not a LDS church member

For film 1044042 when I click on the icon ( camera with locked key) I get the message "Image Unavailable

This image is unavailable for online viewing at this time"

By comparison, the other film 1044043 has the restriction message "Images Available

To view these images do one of the following:

• Access the site at a FamilySearch center.
• Access the site at a FamilySearch affiliate library."

You could try writing to the FamilySearch Library, using  FHL-SLC-FilmRequests@churchofjesuschrist.org given in https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-request-a-correction-to-the-familysearch-catalog
