Citation doesn't get populated when using "ATTACH TO TREE"
If I have an image I want to attach to a person's profile, the citation doesn't get attached and there is no way to update it once it is attached.
Given the following URL
I clicked on ATTACH TO TREE
Which gives me the ability to enter a "Source Title" and Notes. At the bottom of the page, is "View image group metadata" and "SHOW". So I click on "SHOW" and get image group data and a citation:
So a citation has been created but if I continue on and attach this to the person, in this case Edward Davidson and his wife Sarah Catharine Hall, I get:
No citation! It was created but doesn't get populated here.

The citation should really be something like:
Hancock County, Kentucky, USA, Deeds, 1829-1901; general index to deeds, 1829-1952, Vol 7: pp. 37, Francis Hoss to Edward Davidson, 6 May 1854, imaged, FamilySearch Library, (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-C37Q-LSX7-J : April 8, 2023), Image Number 008572771, image 539.
The "Deeds, 1829-1901; general index to deeds, 1829-1952" seems to be the collection name as I can put that in a collection search and pull up all the deeds.
The URL, of course, will lead me directly to the image page but will that always be there?
The Group Image Number, 0008572771, is not included in the citation yet it is available and can be used to go directly to the deeds in Vol 7.
These values seem to follow more of an Evidence Explained citation as there are multiple ways to find the citation. But, even if this information is not added, the full citation should be included here just as it is in any other Indexed image, census, etc, within FamilySearch.
I do use RootsMagic to track most of my family history and I had to build a citation that looks like the one above so that when looking at a fact or source, I could go directly to it. At this time in the development of this tool, I don't know if all that information is readily available and if not, then if an image is attached to a persons profile as a source, I would at like to be able to edit that citation which is empty at this point and be able to put in a citation. I have been putting in citations in the "Note" field. Although I use RootsMagic, I update FamilySearch when I am sure of the source.
Note, I realize that I have 4 hours to edit this note but I may not realize a mistake at the time and it would be nice to be able to go back and edit or delete my comment. I have comments in other discussions that really aren't pertinent to the original question or comment and I would like to delete it and open a new discussion... Thanks

This appears to have been corrected. @MichaelDavidson3
I attached this to one of my ancestors and the citation was automatically added.
