Batch no longer accessible

Dear FamilySearch,

This is the second day in a row that I have spent 45 minutes indexing a difficult batch and then got this message:

image.png

The batch had not reached the expiration date. It simply disappeared with no indication that I had done any work at all. I have indexed almost 30,000 names. I would like to continue indexing, but if this happens again, I may consider giving it up. Here is a suggestion. If you are planning to discard someone's work, please wait until the batch is submitted. Then throw it away when the indexer is not looking.

Thanks,

-- Tom Eccles

The project also may have been pulled by the admins. When a project is pulled, all batches are not accessible.
